    One lonely night I found a village,
    I was lost and in despair,
    As I stood searching in confusion,
    I realised you were there.

    Strangers in the night time,
    Ran to welcome me,
    A smile, A wave, A greeting,
    But still I couldn't see.

    I couldn't see the weeks would pass,
    And I'd find somewhere to belong,
    I couldn't see the love you had,
    Or your hearts were filled with song.

    I couldn't know you'd be my eyes,
    While I found my way,
    I couldn't know I'd feel the love,
    You'd freely give each day.

    I never dreamed that when I fell,
    You would run and lift me high,
    Or that you'd sit and share my joy,
    and never judge or pry.

    You've eased my pain, dried my tears,
    Laughed with me and shared my fears,
    Given love and given hope,
    Spared me time and helped me cope.

    What did I pay? What has it cost?
    Nothing........
    Without you all, I'd still be lost.
