Just want to talk...

I'm having a really bad day today and I just need to get a few things off my chest. First, Malcom left on Friday for two weeks to visit his family again without me. It's a really long story on what has been going on and I won't bore you with the story now. I just ask that you please pray for us and pray that we can work thru some issues (major ones). Thank you! And also since he left (it's only been 3 days) everything is going wrong. This is a given that when your dh/so leaves the house goes to pieces!! Daisy had to be taken to the vet on Friday and a $115.00 later she hopefully will be fine. It wasn't a major issue with her - just an expensive one!! Yesterday a pipe busted in my laundry room - it was frozen. The owner of the house came over and fixed it but now my laundry room is a disaster!! So I thought I would wash some clothes...I started the load of laundry and the cold water now doesn't work. And the washing machine just broke in the middle of the cycle!!!! I'm just having one of those days and I guess I'm having a pity party for myself. I guess we all can have one of those every once in awhile -right? I'm just really sad. Please keep me in your prayers...I really need them right now. Thanks ladies!!

Oh Daphne(((((((hugs))))))! I am sorry you are having such a bad day! It's okay to be sad, but try not to get too discouraged by it all! (and you had a RAT, you have had some bad luck this week!) You deserve to do something totally for yourself today....try to take your mind off of it all! Go for a walk, or go to the bookstore and journal your thoughts and feelings (especially the ones concerning your relationship with Malcom), have a nice cup a tea and maybe a small piece of chocolate and just pamper yourself. Give yourself a facial or do your nails, have a bubble bath and cuddle with Daisy (being thankful that she didn't have a more serious problem) and then come here and talk with your friends all you need to. I am here for you, you can PM me if you want to vent more. Take care of you today...it'll get better, I promise (I am praying that all will be okay!)

Relationships are a lot of work sometimes. Hope you guys work things out. Keep talking to each other & don't keep stuff bottled up inside. It'll get better.
I'm glad your pooch is OK. Scary when they get sick or hurt because they can't tell you how they feel.
I am wishing you a healed relationship, a healthy pooch and no more problems with your home. Take good care of yourself Daphne!

Thank you so much to all of you for your kind words. I know that everything will be ok. I was just having a mini break down!!

I'm heading to a friends house for the game today so that will be nice and I know tomorrow will be better. Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers!! they really do help!
