I have a date Saturday! LOL!
Well, ladies, my first date in like, 10 years! I don't know what to do, LOL! I am excited, feel like a teenager. I met him on the website and we have been talking for a couple of days. I met him Sunday...we just had coffee together. I don't think it's love at first sight in the least, but he is nice and he seems to be interested in me. We are going to dinner I think. I am just happy to say I won't be working or spending the night alone, again, on Saturday night! Wish me luck folks!
Those of you who were divorced, how did you start dating again?
What were the struggles you had? Challenges? Any advice? I am still in love with my ex, but I am also starving for affection...dangerous combination. Thanks for any responses.

I agree, have fun and don't go with any expectations other than that. Go with the idea that at the very least you are going to come away from the experience with a new friend, if it leads to more later on then that's all the better.

You go and have a good time!!! that is number one. Dating again for me was so hard, that first time, i remember it so well. I was so nervous. Just take some deep breaths and relax and have fun!!!!!!! we are all going to be waiting up to see how it went! Enjoy yourself, don't do anything your not comfortable with. Take care sweetie.

I'm so excited for you!! Go and have a good time and just relax and be yourself. It has to help and take away some of the nervousness since you have already met him. I can't wait to hear how it goes!!
