What is that thing...... It sure is close Mom.......
This is a photo dd took at the zoo on Sunday..... We took the kids the St. Louis Zoo and when ds first saw this thing he didn't know what it was. It really scared him as it was only a foot in front of us...................
Can you tell what it is ??????????
It's an Asian Elephant in the water, right in front of us, it was pulling out water grass and eating it...... dd reached out and missed touching her by an inch or so..........

LORI!!!! you were at the St. Louis zoo on Sunday? !!!! We went to the Jewel Box and Art museum Sunday- too my MIL for her 70th birthday. We talked about doing the zoo too, but decided it was too much walking in the heat for my dh and FIL.

We had zoo plans then decided it was too hot. Maybe all of us with in a couple of hours of the STL ZOO should plan a get together!
