Default Funny thing a little boy said to me...

I thought it was so funny but yet slightly embarrassing!

I was in target and had been going through one of my crazy shopping spree's...where I get a cart and grab lots of stuff, and then slowly put each one back on the shelf because I don't want to spend the money on it..

I ended up only getting laundry detergent after all that..anyways that is all besides the point...

WELL...this one little boy ahead of me in line, maybe 5 years old? He looked at that bottle of laundry soap and said "Is THAT all you are getting?!!?"

    And I said yup..
And THEN he said, very loudly

" I guess you thought you had more money than you actually have!"

OMG! It was too funny/cute for me to be that embarrassed, but his mom sure turned red!!! But I sure am not looking forward to the day Ayla proclaims to strangers that they must not have had enough money to buy more stuff

Kids really say the most embarrassing things.......
In the 80's when my ds was little "Madonna" was very popular and on the cover of a mag at the check out....... My ds read the caption on the cover and said, "Are you like a virgin Mommy ?????" and without taking a breath he said "She has pointy boobies and you have LONG ones "......... OMG, I could have crawled under a rock..... Everyone in line laughed.......

Heather and Lori, that is too funny! Kids will say the darndest things. I had one ask me once if I was pregnant like her mommy. I had to say, nope I am just a little fat. LOL

Heather that is soooo cute, I'm sure his poor Mommie wanted to crawl under the checkout stand. You know he had to learn that one first hand.
