Jack has gone to live with his grandpa
My foster son Jack who has been with us since March left yesterday to live with his grandpa in Florida. I will miss him terribly, but he has a number of issues that need to be adressed with early intervention immediately, which has made it very difficult to live here. I think dh is more upset than I am, the thought of adopting a little blonde haired blue eyed boy was exciting for him, but he wasn't getting up 3x's each night with him, then having to go to work. Jack's biological mother and grandfather's wife called me today to tell me that he arrived safely and to thank me for everything. That helped me tremendously to get through this. Now all of my energies are going toward trying to keep Princess Karla.

Having gone through this numerous times with our foster children, I know how difficult it is. KNow though that you gave Jack all he needed while he was with you.

I'm sorry you had to let him go.
You know you and dh did all you could to offer him a safe home and a better life. You both are so caring to give so much of yourselves to make such a difference in the lives of these children.
I pray that you are able to keep Karla.
