How do you get your toddler to eat their vitamins?
Once in a while Ayla will willingly eat hers plain, and once in a while she will eat it after I crushed it in applesauce...but days like today I just can't get her to eat it any ol' way
Any other ideas of how to get her to eat them? I'm just totally stumped

Our doctor gives us a liquid vitamin that we just squirt into Julia's mouth. She LOVES them. Maybe you could ask your pediatrician if they have something like that.

Does she like fruit smoothies? You can crush it and throw it in the blender with some bananas, yogurt and milk.

What kind do you give her? I have not ever really had trouble with either of mine taking theirs. I usually use the flintstone kind or a vegetarian kind called Animal Parade

melody I use the flinstones ones

The smoothie idea sounds cool! She loves those ingredients, so I'll try that.

Mine only like the purple Flintstones LOL. I have to alternate on them and make them eat the orange and red ones

There are so many on the market, maybe you can find another that she'll like.

No problems here- I give ds Scooby Doo vitamins put out by One-A-Day. In fact, he always reminds me if I forget to give it to him.

rofl MIchelle! Ayla likes only the purple ones too! Wonder what it is about those purple ones

I just remembered they have those vitaball gum things and she looooves gum! I guess I could break them up so they'd be smaller and it should work just fine
I tasted some of the stuff I made after mixing the flinstones vitamins in, and I could see why she wouldn't eat it like that
I guess I can just eat those flinstones ones so they won't go to waste
