I can't believe what I'm doing today
Baby wash! It is so strange to me to be washing these little tiny socks and onesies and baby blankets, but I want to be sure to be ready if I should go early, since once school starts again on the 5th, I don't have one day off before my c-section. It's so bizarre to realize that in 7 weeks, there will be a baby in our home again! Julia suddenly seems so big to me!

I use to love getting prepared for a new little one to arrive. It was such a special time.
Wow Amy, it doesn't seem like only 7 weeks to go. Hopefully the time will fly by really fast.

Don't you just love those tiny little clothes!!!
Amy, I can't tell you how thrilled I am for you and your family. God is just blessing you with such a special new little one that will only add to the love and joy you already have! I remember the day the twins were born and giving Jaysn a very special present because he was now a big brother (he was only 22 months old). He gently pet each of his brothers' heads and started calling them "the brothers" from that day on.

Wow, that baby is going to be here so soon. Julia must be getting excited too. Did you get your hubby to get the baby furniture so you can get the babys room all set?

Yes...I told him that was all I wanted for my birthday was for him to move around the furniture. He fought me on it, (he wants to buy stuff), but he moved the furniture for me!

Oooh! I love washing baby stuff (new stuff, not "ew" stuff LOL)
Only 7 weeks! Time is moving fast. One thing I did with ds is enrolled him in a 'siblings" class at the local hospital that they offered as part of their lamaze and etc classes. He got a BIG KID certificate and was able to ask a nurse questions and ease fears about mommy being away for a nite or two.

Amy, I can just feel your excitement in that post! I remember wshing the baby stuff and preparing. I woud take everything out of the drawers just to look at it and smell it over and over again. I am thrilled for you and your family. Do you know the sex of the baby yet, and do you have names picked out???
7 weeks will be here in no time!
