Default Home Spa Day with dd

Do you ever play Spa Day with your kids?

Ryan and I love to do this.

Tonight we will sugar scrub our hands and feet.
Pumice our feet (mainly mine but she likes to think she's doing something)
    Paint our nails
Do this mask thing to make your lips softer then balm them up
Wash and moisturize our faces (I always do this but she thinks it's fun)
    Lotion ourselves
    Giggle a lot
Probably roll up her hair on twisty things or braid it while damp.

Do you think we are nuts? Mel just shakes his head and hides in his office.

I think it's a wonderful thing to do! Enjoy your girl time & hold on to it for as long as you can.

I used to put make-up on Em when she was around 4 but she doesn't remember.

    Have fun and enjoy!

Pat, that sounds like a wonderful way to spend the evening. Great quality time for you and Ryan. These are times that she will remember and cherish as an adult.

That sounds like so much fun! I can't wait until my dd is old enough to do this!
