    Default My dad

    My dad is so sweet. The way he cares about us touches my heart. I always knew he loved us but he has never been the "warm fuzzy " type. He and I were talking and I was telling him about what had happened with my aunt. My mom was always the one you talked to when you had a problem or had to just vent and she knew how my aunt was with me. Anyway I was telling my dad last night and started getting teary eyed I didn't think he could tell by my voice. This moning he called me to see if I was ok. It just really touched me. I never thought he picked up on emotions like that. He's trying so hard to be both a mom and dad now to 6 grown women. I really miss my mom but my dad is the best dad there is. Just thought I'd share this touching story with all of you this morning.
