Smile Remember I said that Francois had a girlfriend?...

Well, she left him 2 days after the wedding he was invited to accompany her....I think she needed a date....they went out 8 days...

...But now I wanted to tell you that Francois just came home with another girl!--but she's a friend only. And I have to say I like her more than the other one....she dresses more simply and is more covered than the other girl. She has a pony tail with a small bow and she seems to like to talk alot. She teased Patrick a little and was friendly! I didn't go to speak with her, I was upstairs, already in my pyjama...I was tired this evening.

Oh, anyways! I just wanted to tell you. I watched them leave from the window and she reminds of me when I was that age...

oh...and it's only end of august, but now Francois has started wearing a tuque... ...can someone explain to me why teenagers wears tuques in the summer?.....

Oh, Mark has dated a couple girls that just lasted through the Christmas season. He hasn't dated anyone in a while & I'm glad as he has lots of friends male & female & is having all kinds of fun with them.

Nice to see Francois bounce back & that she's a nice girl that reminds you of yourself.
I had to look up what a tuque is (small knit cap) and I guess he wears it cause he doesn't have to worry about a bad hair day and looks "cool" to someone.

Oh..I thought you knew what a tuque is...How do you call what we wear in the winter here in the States?---a hat or there's another name..? We say tuque. Darlene, you're right, a tuque is a knitted cap or hat...

I have the impression that Francois will more hang out with friends, than having a girlfriend, too....I think it made him sad that she left him so quickly...he told us that it didn't bother him, but I heard phoning her a few times last week and I'm sure it broke his heart....

Ds wore the knitted caps last spring for awhile. They aren't allowed to wear them at all in school and he hated having to carry it around so he stopped.

I think it's a fad they go through. Kind of trying to find their own identity, kwim?

There for a while ds was going through girlfriends every two weeks, lol. Now he seems to have settled down with this one but says he's not in love, they are just good friends but I did catch him giving her a kiss tonight.

Lucie my ds had lots of girlfriends around special holidays like Valentine's Day, Christmas and sometimes a girl's birthday..... Took him a little while but he finally caught on. I hope the friendship is a long lasting one---You can never have too many friends

Lucie, I wanted to tell you that my son has broken up with his girlfriend of 1 1/2 years, too. I, personally, am relieved. That is just too long and intense for 15 year olds. Who knows what will happen next, but I still pray that he will find someone who is good for him and has the same values as he has. I hope the same for your boy!
