Default Had my 1st OB visit Friday

so now we have a due date! WooHoo! I'm due Nov 25- the Mon before Thanksgiving. Next month when I go, we should be able to hear a heartbeat- I found that so exciteing with ds, just something you can listen to enough. I'm just thankful I will not be in my last 3 months during the heat of the summer this time around

    Hi Laura,
Congratulations I always get so excited when people are expecting. My favorite part of being pregnant was feeling the baby move--especially the first time.

Will you find out the baby's sex before he/she is born, or are you going to wait?

Best wishes for a healthy pregnancy,
    Chelle

This time I want to find out (we didn't with ds) only because I want to know what to do with all these baby boy clothes taking up a ton of room in the basement. If it's a girl, I want to trade them in at a second hand store so I won't have to spend a ton of $$$. Heehee! Plus, dh insists it's a boy and he is hell bent on naming him Harold. Isn't that hideous? So we need to know which gender names to concentrate on, since we darn there got divorced last time because we couldn't agree (he was insistant on Harold last time too, ugh!!).

    Milach,
That's awesome. My appt isn't until 1st week of May.
How have you been feeling? I have been pitifully ill. *LOL* I am starting to feel a bit better though.

Sara, I'm soooo sorry to hear you've been feeling really sick! I can honestly say I've never had to suffer through AM sickness with both ds or this one. If I start to feel nauseas, I eat something with substance to it (like a granola bar, or even a sandwich if it's lunch time) and I feel fine. I really wish everyone could be like that.

I'm glad to hear that you are feeling better now and I wish you the best on your first visit. Since we're probably due right around the same time, you should be able to hear the heartbeat then. That's always my favorite part (other than the US!).
