So unbelievably proud of my daughter!!!
We are having major school funding/teacher issues here. So much so they had to get rid of a much loved teacher and basically really upset a bunch of kids. So my daughter the protester took to the streets in front of the high school with a bunch of schoolmates and triedd to save her teacher..oh well it didnt work but im so proud of her for fighting for something she thionks is wrong...
Thanks for letting me brag..
Carol

Sorry about the school problems, that is quite a loss in tax base with 440 students no longer in your district.~*Darlene*~

I know...people are really upset about it. A bunch of charter schools have opened so they are losing their students to these new schools..

I think that was a wonderful gesture. At least the teacher will know how much he/she was loved and influenced that child's life.Originally posted by hmsclmom
