Default gotta think about replacing some items

that i freecycled off before i found out we were preggy again. I gave away a play pen and a vibrating chair. I am thinking more along the lines of a pack and play this time (i don't mind the brand, it can be a cheaper brand)

does anyone have one? how well do you like it? would you reccomment the one you have or maybe another brand?

    http://www.walmart.com/catalog/produ...A86323%3A91518 here's the "Pack N PLay"

ANd also I have heard a number of people, includiing my LLL book that mention maybe getting a baby scale if i have had previous problems/fears about baby eating enough hwle breast feeding. Has anyone had a baby scale? what brand? did you like it? would you prefer another brand?

We got a pack and play as a baby shower gift from my parents, and for us it was a lifesaver! With DD coming so early, we didn't even have a crib for her yet! She slept in the bassinet part for several weeks, and after we got her crib she still napped in it for months. It was also handy having a changing table out in the family room (the top part of the pack and play). And, we still take it with us on occasion if we think she'll need a nap (in the "big" part now) at Grandma's house or elsewhere. I definitely think it's worth the $$!

Ours is a Graco, a lot like this one but different colors:

I'm pretty sure it was around $79, too.

I never had a scale, can't help you there.

Loved the pack 'n play. As for the scale, hold the baby get on, then hand the baby to someone else. Subtract, and voila!

we had a pack n play by Graco - it was the best!! we used it in hotels and at the beach - took it everywhere in its bag in the trunk. We were always coming up with uses for it and it lasted through all three kids!
