    Smile Pinewood Derby

DS had his Pinewood Derby race today. He had a blast with DH working on this car. There were co many neat ones in the race, most looked like cars, but there were some that looked like boats, tobboggans, cattot, baby bottle and on and on. DS wanted his to look like the "General Lee" from Dules of Hazzard...and of course it took no prompting for DH to go along with that, lol.

How neat!! They did an excellent job with the car. It looks great!!I bet he's one excited liittle boy. My oldest ds was a Dukes of Hazzard fanatic, he's almost 27, now, but I bet he would still like to have a car like that. lol

What fun! My kids are doing derby cars, too! Ds is making his like a black pickup truck, with the number 5 on the side because he is 5 years old (of course! LOL!). Dd is making hers a banana-mobile. I'm not sure how fast it will go, but it is cute! Their race is in 2 weeks and they are pumped!
