Smile recipes that freeze well for busy moms

Do you have a great recipe for a main dish that freezes well? As a busy mom(I haven't met one yet that wasn't busy), I'm into cooking a few dishes in one day, freezing them, and bringing one out to thaw before I head off to work. This way I can heat it up in a few minutes, and ta-da! Dinner is served. I'm running out of ideas! Do you have some?

I make chili and freeze in batches. I also make lots of spaghetti sauce and then all I have to do is heat it up and cook the noodles. I will make a couple of lasagna's at a time and freeze them.

There are lots of great ideas in the Once A Month Cooking forum (OAMC) under Kitchen Basics.

I'm going to check out the oamc forum to prepare for Jacob. It just seems so practical to take something out of the freezer and pop it in the oven during that time.
