He slept all night!!

Saturday night I put Jacob down to sleep around 8 pm and he didn't wake up unitl 6am!! He did this last night too!!

I can't believe it!! He's 7 weeks old - I thought this wouldn't happen for months. But of course I didn't sleep well.....I still get up throughout the night to check on him.

Go, Jacob! I say, count your blessings. Ingrid is almost one and she still nurses at LEAST once during the night. Oh, well, I'm used to it at this point!

lucky! My oldest started sleeping through the nigh when she was 10 days old, at first it is hard to sleep as you check on them but pretty soon you will both be sleeping through the night :~)

Heck, I've only been getting a whole night's sleep for about 2 months. She's almost TWO!! She stopped waking me up & fussing around right about the time we started potty-training.

I'd get up to check on her if she made even the tiniest peep....I couldn't help it. For some reason, the potty-training put it in my mind that she wasn't little anymore & I finally got to sleep soundly. Obsessive, I know. Couldn't help it.

That's great news. Ally was a non-sleeper. lol She was up all different hours. It felt like forever until she slept through.

I remember when she actually would sleep more than 4 hours, I'd be so shocked and go running in there to check her.

Glad he's a quick learner when it comes to sleeping thru the night. I didn't know what to think the first time I got up when Paige was around 2 months to find that she slept thru the night.

Like you, if I woke up I would check on her at first, now I sleep right along with her and soon you will too

Good for you! Both of mine started sleeping through at about 6 weeks also...what a luxury! Congrats mommy!
