What do you think is the most difficult time in childhood?
I'd have to say the ages between 11-14, where they are trying to find their own way, have all kinds of hormones they don't know what to do with, and are starting to really think about what their parents say and if they believe it all.

Pre and early teens here. Too young to be an adult and too old to be a kid.

11-17. Dd is 16, I so remember how she feels. Thinking the whole world is against you and no one can say anything to make it better. So now, when we argue and she says something mean, I just remember how it was and let it roll off me. She's usually so very sorry within 30 minutes, I tell her it's already forgiven. I wouldn't go back to that time for a million bucks.
Poor kid.
Bring on them baby steps...
Step 1: done
Step 2: waiting on amount, hubby had followup colonoscopy, I had visit to ER with followup procedure
Step 3: to follow, won't know aim until things settle
Step 4: to follow, currently at 6%
Step 5: grown child
Step 6: huge mortgage ANNIHILATED!!
Step 7: ahhhh....

I agree. My Dd is 12 and she's going through a lot of changes right now.Originally posted by homesteadmamma
