When you were a teen, did you give your parents headaches?
Yes, everyday and then some!!! I was as rebellious as they came, only to get back at my strong willed, bull headed dad.

I was good up until I met dh. Before he showed up I used to always prefer to stay home, hardly ever went out. After I met him (at 15), that's when the "trouble" began lol.

Yep...the rest will remain unsaid.
Luckily my kids weren't as bad as me.

No, I think we were the only kids in our respective classes who did not give our parents trouble of any kind... Pulling a "D" in a class was bad enough.....

Yes, and for no good reason either. I was an honor roll student, stayed home on the weekends, did school activities, no boyfriend, etc. but was constantly kept under constance "guard" as it were. Most of my free time was spent doing chores. Any sort of "back talk" would have gotten me at least a weeks grounding, even if the point I made was right. I was the oldest, and my younger brother got away with a lot more than I ever did. I dread going home most of the time because I remember how hard it was, and even though I'm married, I still am treated like "the help".

Not significantly. My mouth got me in trouble but I was not rebellious. They thought it was tough until my sisters got older and they found out what real trouble is

I don't think "giving my parents trouble" would even begin to describe it.
