Natural parenting with older kids/schoolkids?
OK, maybe most of the people around here have babies, but I don't know so I just ask a question...

How would you say that you live your "natural parenting" with older/schoolaged kids. (In my back head sits my 7 yo son...)

What comes to mind is using natural consequences. I don't spend a lot of time doling out rewards and punishments, or saving my child from getting hurt.
I also think about teaching about the environment and doing what we can to save the earth.

innedofhope - it seems like we have pretty much the same ideas. Are you homeshooling/unshooling or are your children in school?
