Are you or do you know siblings who are born less than a year apart.

I think it's intresting where siblings are born within a year of each other. I wonder, if they're usually close because of the age difference. I, personally don't know anyone who had a sibling born in the same calendar year, not including twins, triplets etc.

My brother and I are 10 months 11 days apart. We are really close to each other. Even at our ages, we talk to each other 2 or more times a day. To this day people think we are twins. And I rember the 2 of us giving our dad a run for his money when we was younger.

I had a friend that went back for her six week checkup and was pregnant!!! The boys are around 10 months apart.

I have 2 kids 11 & 12 they are less then a year, but at this stage they are not close? other then being like sister and brother at any other age.

Two of our grandsons are less than a year apart, but not born in the same year. And I have a friend whose boys are less than a year apart, but they were not born in the same year either.

My brother who passed away at 6 hrs old was born on sept 25 of one year i was born sept 3 of the next.

A friend of mine is only 7 months younger than her sister, she was born premature.

Dh and his brother are 10 months apart. They were never close once they got in school eventhough they were in the same grade. They had totally seperate friends and cliques. DH was not even a groomsman in his brother's wedding. As a matter of fact we have not seen or talked to his brother in over 4 years.

I have 2 kids that are 13 months apart. I have 4 step siblings that are a year apart, their birthdays fall with 3 on May 5 and one on May 7, all born one year after the other.

My DH family has 4 of them, all 10 - 11 months apart. Him and his sisters still fight to this day.

I know 2 sisters that I grew up with. The oldest was born nov 6,her sister was born nov 3...they were the "same age" for 3 days out of the year.

My brother and I are 13 months apart and aren't close at all and we fought constantly as kids. Makes me sad to think of him.

I had friends growing up who were less than 12 months apart (just barely). Their mom pretty much had a baby every year, for her first 4 children. The last two were further apart (for a total of 6 children). The oldest two fought like cats and dogs and are still not close.

Dh and his closest brother are 11 months apart. He is closer with him than the others who are younger.

My cousin has two boys that are only 8 months apart. The first one was premature and she got pregers right away. Then within a year she was pregnant with yet another and within a year of that she gave birth to triplets. And she says she wants more!
