    Default Proud mommy moment!

Grace pooped on the toilet tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    OMG I'm sooooooooo proud!!!!

She's been telling us lately that she needs to, "Mama, I poopoo onda po-ee?"........ so today she asked like 3 times... well the last time was right before bed and she DID IT!!! We sang some songs, counted fingers and toes, painted our toes and fingernails (multiple times, she kept smudging hers.. lol) and each time she had to bare down she would shake and insist that she was done and totally tense up LOL but I distracted her to make her stay on ..... and it totally reminded me of when i was labor on that very toilet. LOL

Anyway, I'm SO PSYCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!! She knows she gets a TREAT if she poops on the potty, so she got like 15 Hershey's Kisses

Anyway, we also had to call BaBa (my mom) and tell her. Big moment in our household.

She's never peed on the potty, so this is pretty funny and interesting stuff!

    Lol, kudos to her.
Just think, in a few years (goes by quicker than you think) you'll be yelling at her to get out of the bathroom because she's taking too long to shower, put on make-up etc.

WTG!! I wish your daughter would have a conversation with mine. She will be 3 years old in 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for her to get on the ball. I know they all do it in their own time, but it can't happen soon enough for me.

Yay Grace!! Oh, how I remember those days with each of my three!! Keep giving the rewards and encouragement, put her on the potty lots, you'll be so proud of her (she'll be so proud of herself too!) AND before you know it saving lots in diapers/pull-ups!!

Oh, how proud you must be! She's one step closer to being a big girl.

LOL, wait till she learns to dress herself. Both of my girls drove me crazy changing their clothes every 5 minutes.

So far, two of my DD's boy's took right to potty training with no problems. Hopefully, Trevor, who will turn 2 July 17, will take to it just as easy.
