Reveal your secret marital fantasy...
Ladies puh-leeze get your heads out of the gutter.
My secret marital fantasy is that Gabe will one day jump out of bed and want to tackle the day. He'll jump up and mop the floor, feed the guinea pig, empty the trash, cook breakfast, go for a jog, shower, and want to go outside to do some hiking.
Oh why oh why do I torment myself? LOL
After 4.5 yrs, ya'd think I would give up on my little dreams.
I have to share a little something. Oh Gosh I hope he doesn't see this later. LMAO Gabe is not umm shall we say handyman inclined at all. We had a little incident hanging some things from the ceiling with toggle bolts last week. My secondary marital fantasy is a handyman hubby. LMAO ssshhh though.
Disclaimer: These are my fantasies I am sharing. If you spread this around, I'll deny it. LMAO

Sara, I'm lmao with you.
I'll pick myself up out of the gutter now that I've read ALL your post and say my first fantasy (nope not my first
) would be that he wouldn't procrastinate. kwim
My second marital fantasy would be to for him to be a cook so I wouldn't have to do the cooking. He won't read this but ask the kids about daddy's rice. He cooked them rice when I was out of town and the rice wasn't cooked but the poor kids ate it. They never want daddy to cook rice again. Oh the joys of having a man that could cook.

I would love my DH to finish just a few of the projects he has started! He always has ten things he is working on at once and none of the projects get finished!

My fantasy, is that he will plan a vacation getaway for the two of us, make the arrangments all on his own, pack a bag and voila! Trip for us

(either that or stick to actually going somewhere when I plan it)
My other fantasy is like Sara's
I would love to see him make a list and finish everything on it that day..and none of the chores would include ANYthing to do with his guitar's or the computer!
There is a lot more but I don't want to look greedy

That post heading shocked me LOL heheheheheheheheheh
I think mine would be if my hubbie planned something. I feel like I do everything and I pretty much do everything. I think it would be great if he could be creative and plan what things we did just ONE weekend LOL
Heck if he had a strong opinion on anything I would be thrilled. Hes very laid back. I know I should be more thankful LOL

I'm with Michele on this one! If just once he would do more than comment on my guest list, or hand me a credit card for reservations. I would add to my list that I wish he harbored maybe 10% of the bitterness I feel towards his ex.

I have to agree with AandAmom, something nice once in a while would be great....I'd also like him to take more of an interest in our money, he leaves it all up to me then I have to juggle after he spends...
