I am kind of new here and was wondering if any of you are foster parents. My husband and I are taking the necessary steps to be foster parents here in Michigan. Today is my doctors appointment to get my physical and TB test done which is one of many things that are required. I am very excited about becoming a foster parent, it is something I have aways wantd to do. We decided that we are only taking children ages 0-5. We have 5 children and 4 grandchildren between the 2 of us, and at this point teenagers are out of the question ( I still have a teenager daughter at home). Maybe some day I will reconsider, but at this time one teenager is enough for me.
