I Need The List of Online Financial Helpers.
Does anyone have or can you find the list that I'm sure was posted on FV that gave lots and lots of ONLINE websites to go to for Financial Aide?
These are the ones where you post your need and you may or may not be "gifted" some or all of the money to help with bills.
Any links would be appreciated."Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."

Dolphin,
I don't have a link to the previous post, but the ones I've heard of are prosper.com, which is more of a loan-type thing, and digitalcharity.com, which is more of a gift-type thing. I don't know much about either of them, or how well they work.
Hope that helps.
K.

I'm sorry things are continuing to be so horrible for you, dolphin. Here's a link to a list of other links, at charity navigator. There are good, legitimate charities listed if you scroll down the page, who offer assistance with monthly bills.

(Charity navigator is a not-for-profit group that rates charities and keeps track of fraudulent charities.)
Also, here's the link to a thread I started when this forum first appeared. It might have something useful for you.
Links to assistance programs
If you feel comfortable discussing the specific kind of assistance you need right now, I'm pretty good at finding information. I'd be happy to do some digging for you. (((dolphin)))

Oh, also, I'm not sure where in Nevada you are, but you might try these folks:

This is a northern Nevada builder's association which operates a charity to help families in crisis with monthly bills.

Bless your hearts!

It wasn't actually me that needed the online links but was needed for some other members here at FV. I so much appreciate you thinking of me and trying to help. Those are some great links and I hope they will also help others here.
Dh has been back to work for a few weeks now and has only had one week where he only got to work 1 1/2 days so even though things are tight, we're keeping up with our essentials.
Thank you again."Success on any major scale requires you to accept responsibity."

There is also www.modestneeds.org but you have to show proof of hardship and other supporting documents.
