    Default New update

I wanted to let everyone know that our tax check came today. I was totally shocked. I called the tax people twice this week and they said June 30 the check would be mailed. The check was dated the 24th. I am breathing a huge sigh of relief. I can only surmise that this was God helping us out. I decided to quit controlling things and just pray and everything worked out. Thank you all for your prayers and good thoughts, I will keep praying for all of you as well. In response to one poster, we are kinda off an on about the envelope system. I like it because it is right there in front of me, actual parameters to my spending. DH-well not as much. We are going to sit again and talk about this tonight. I will keep you all updated. Thanks

I'm so glad you finally got the check and that things will be a bit easier now. I'll continue to pray for you and your family.

I'm glad things are starting to fall in place. I know how you feel, when something is going wrong you want to fix it right then and there. But you have to sit back and wait, sometimes just ride the wave. It always works out in the end.

I am so happy that it came, I hope my stimulus check comes soon also. I will feel abit better about $$ as my real estate taxes are due and it will wipe out my savings w/out the stimulus check. I have too many medical bills that have been dragging us down, I am going to try to snowball those suckers. Anywho, I am glad that you can breathe a sigh of relief.

That is a huge blessing! I would be so surprised too! I too, need to attempt to stop controlling everything and just let go. But its so hard sometimes!

Good luck and I am so glad this came through for you!!
