Thank you. When it comes to fighting to keep a roof over my kids heads it makes you fight even harder. I don't think I could have done it without the encouragement and support I receive here.

Congrats!
I understand scumbag exces, my daughter's father hasn't paid a dime for her ... and lives less than ten minutes away and has seen her all of ten times (at most). It takes all of my strength to not kill the man.
However, I just want to post and say that I am very proud of you for being able to bust your rump and work so hard for your girls (and your sanity!) I hope you get some support from those "men" soon.

That idiot got the court date cancelled!!!! The FOC said the withholding order is in place so I should receive money bi weekly so there was no need for him to go to court.
This is a bunch of crap..until next time he stops paying. This makes me mad.

I'm so sorry they cancelled the court date. Sometimes it seems like the court is working more for the deadbeats than for the children. Hopefully you'll continue receiving the payments bi-weekly. I know this must be really frustrating for you. Hang in there.

I am soooo sorry they canceled the date! I can't believe how much the court system jerks the custodial parent around!! Ugh!! Fingers crossed you start getting your CS!

UGH! I'm so sorry.
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"
