Default May be being downsized ( or thats what their telling me)

I knew for a while that the witch and I am being a christian has been back stabbing me for a while has been after me after I caught her lying to the previous chief has been after me. The new chief has always been shaddy. He can lie to you and smile.. They have been keeping me in the dark for a while. Had me bend over backwards to hurry up and finish a class so they could keep a program or loose it. Now their throwing me under the bus as big brother would say. I told my husband. He said if thats what their going to do just leave with my head held high. I've been their 8 years and took a lot and seen a lot. I have been praying and maybe this is how God is answering my prayers. Taking me out of Daniels Lions Den. I just hate that I will be hurting us financially and we are so close to Thanksgiving and Christmas with a small child and one in college. I so mad I dont know if I shoud be happy that I'll be away from those creeps. Some of them as I said will look at you in the face and lie to you. Ive had to just smile and take it for soooo long now. It's like awful medicine.

What a stressful time for you! Isn't it frustrating when God doesn't address our prayers exactly how we want them to be answered? For instance, I now know NOT to pray for patience!

Seriously, keep your chin up, go to work every day, and, if it comes to it, let yourself be downsized. Georgia has one of the highest rates of compensation for unemployment - - and, depending on your current base slary, you can draw up to $349.00 per week on your State's unEmloyment. Also, GA has scads of programs available for those who've been downsized - - and you may just find this is God's way of moving you into your Dream job.

Catch your breath, polish your nails some lovely color, and walk into that workplace with the knowledge that YOU were the best Employee they ever had...Whether thy recognize it or not, you will have honored yourself - - and acted with grace and dignity. Then, when you get home, you can blog about all of the blech you had to endure...Isn't the internet just fabulous?!

Take care - - and be well!

It sounds like it might be for the best even though it might not feel that way.

Hang in there. I agree it is best for you to be laid off. Don't let yourself get too overwhelmed. I've been told this alot lately "If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it". I believe that wholeheartedly!

While I was at a fundraiser to day for Shriners I spoke to a Husband and wife that just started their on business and another lady who may be starting her own business and networked with them. They both know who I work with and what type of people they are so I may have in roads with them if anything happens. I will keep my fingers crossed. If nothing eles they all liked the chili and cake I cooked for the fund raiser maybe I could start catering for functions never know.. I will keep my head up and God has seen me thru tougher things than this. I have an angel in Heaven watching over me. My big sis. Keep up the good job (Turkey T) Love ya

OK yesterday before close of business the boss and the LT call me in for a meeting. Advise me that they are sorry that they havent let me in on all of whats been going on. They apologize about everything and that they are not sure where the rumor that I heard came from that my job was being terminated came from. The LT stated that he was told from the SGT and the Marshall that I didnt want one of my jobs anymore which was a outright lie was never asked and I told him that and the Chief advised him in front of me that these two gang up on me a lot and that I was verbally attacked by one of the and he used verbal vulgarity on my including the F word and the B word and I reported it to the highest ranking person I could and nothing done. NOthing and I mean nothing happend never wrote up nada. They advised they wanted me to stay. I feel the way it happen I had no one there to be my witness no body to sit in with me because I had no counsel I was railroaded. I advised them because I am honest that I had applied for other jobs, but I would stay because I had been there 8 years and that I had time vested so far and wanted to make it to 10 years at least. I will work as hard as I had. But I expected that if someone called asking for a reference that I would get a decent one. He said he would give me one. I dont think I can hold him to it. I still think they were feeding me BS. It all stemmed from me sending an email to headquarters where I had to report that I couldnt fill out certain paperwork no more because I had be advised last Friday I was nolonger in charge of a certain area by someone from another agency. I wasn't even told my my own agency. They didnt even pardon my French the balls. They apologized for that. The LT advised that he didnt know that was going to happen. He said he was going to check on that. I was so upset but I didnt blow up I maintaind my lady like persona and just worked like usual. My boss even called last night after I got home from my daughters art fair to find out how I was. I told him fine. Asked if I thought that the rumor came from a certain person. I played it cool. I told him I would not point fingers that I was not going to start nothing like that. I am not going to stir the pot. I do believe that I know where it came from but I dont care anymore. They can deal with it. I just keep praying that when it's all over maybe it will be better.
