Niko, I am so glad that you are moving forward with this. I know it isn't what you wanted to do, but as we've all said, other things have to take priority now. He sounds like a lawyer you can trust - I'm glad you've found someone like that.
The paperwork sounds horrible, but this too will pass. At least, after a lot of hard work.
Thanks for the update and do keep us posted.Donna

I like the sounds of your lawyer. When you're battling sharks, you want one on your side. The 13 sounds like your best option too right now - something you can recover from while taking the immediate pressure off.
Hang in there, Niko!If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

I have read your thread twice, parts of it 3 times.
You have to look to the future. Where you want to be or can be. You can't change the past now.
As has been mentioned before in a lot of threads here....
you need to cover the basics.
A place to live. Heat. Electric. Food. Insurance on vehicles.
What you need to do to keep income coming in...in your case, the business.
You will touch bottom.
You WILL know it when it happens.
You may have already reached it.
Then you start the climb back up.
Inch by inch. Day by day.
The harrassing phone calls will soon stop. The stress will start to lift. Things will get better. Slow yes but they will.
Write a diary if need be. Then go back and read it when needed. A year from now, things will be better. It will happen.
PS, I am so thankful you have a good lawyer to help you.--------My signature--------

Put the frog in pot, turn up the heat real slow, and the frog doesn't hop out. And by the time he realizes, he should , it's too late... think about it.

Niko, does sound like you have a great lawyer.
Soon you and your families spirits will be lifted high and I look forward to reading your post in the near future about your adventure.
Of course I always love reading your posts anyway.
