Hi everyone,
My husband and I are still afloat. He was laid off AGAIN last week but he still qualifies for another 52 weeks of unemployment and my business is doing well so we'll be fine. Capital One doesn't appear to have followed through on their lawsuit threat so we still haven't filed for bankruptcy. We make enough to pay the rent, groceries, and utilities with no worries so we're happy. The credit cards will have to wait until DH gets a steady job again. They said they'd call him back in August but it will be temporary again. He LOVED that job so much but he knows he needs one with security and benefits.
Unfortunately DH broke his glasses so we'll have to get him a new pair (he literally can't see without them-he's currently getting by with an old pair with an older prescription) but otherwise our expenses are minimal. We're blessed, we really are. No matter how bad things get God brings us through.
Hope you're doing well!
