    That reminds me - I need to defrost the freezer today! (Our fridge doesn't need to be defrosted thank goodness!)

    Wow! Not considering the logistics, we changed from a queen to a king sized bed a while back...then realized that our comforters won't fit in our washing machine without it tearing them up. Took them to local laundromat..$25 PER COMFORTER to wash and dry them if we drop them off with our detergent. EEEK!

    The lack of refrigeration will probably cost you more than you save considering your health is so much more important than money.

    Sources of cheap refrigerations: craigslist, local storage places have sales, some nonprofits can help to set you up with appliances, farmer's auctions, asking around in your neighborhood for someone who is running a soda/beer fridge in the garage or scratch/dent section at the big box stores.
