My husband was laid off
My husband is an owner/operator who has had a steady contractor. However, the contractor just said my husband's services are no longer needed. We don't have very much saved up and we have so many expenses. Hopefully, my husband will find more work soon.

I'm sorry to hear that,.......please know that you are in "good company" as many of us have had spouse (or ourselves) laid of in the last year or so. Mine was "if you quit we won't fire you" (fired) last June, and we are SOOO much better off now!!
Hope he finds something else REALLY soon!

Thanks everyone for the good wishes and prayers; it means a lot to me to have that kind of support. My husband and I are trying to stay positive and I'll update as soon as he finds more work.
