I made the cake on Saturday but didn't take them out of the pans. So on Sunday morning when I went to take them out of the pans. The cake stuck. I had a mess I couldn't fix. So I made more cakes Sunday morning. The 2nd set turned out wonderful. We all snacked on the first set of cakes for breakfast.
Now I need to make a poke cake for Wednesday for a girl in the office. I will make this on Tuesday night.

So here's the breakfast muffin recipe I concocted from Tightwad Gazette.
1 cup of flour
1 cup of oat bran
2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup of milk
2 tbsp magarine, melted
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 egg
1/2 cup of honey
chocolate chips if desired.
Dry ingredients mixed, then add everything else and mix. You'll need to play with the amount of oat bran to get the right consistency. My first attempt was a bit dry, but when I added less oat bran, it went better.
Bake at 400degrees F for 20 minutes.BEF: $$120/$1000
Change Jar- $36.20

I will make my jello poke cake tonight for the girl at work's birthday.
I am using a yellow cake mix and not making it from scatch like I usually do. You really can't tell the difference when you pour jello over it anyway.

Baking some 69 cent brownies again, YUM. I really like sales that make you feel guilt-free for a treat.
This time making them in 9x13 maybe they will last longer if I cut them in smaller pieces, too. We devoured the first batch but then we hadn't had any in quite awhile before then."If you can't see the light at the end of the tunnel, march down there and light it yourself."
Car loan (ugh, again!)
Husband's debt to work on, mine is gone except car loan. w00t!
Yah, I suck at this money stuff, I know. That's why I'm here.
