It been as domestic gal says, "fend for yourself".
Kid fixed a frozen pizza and used part of a pkg of mozarella
Really been bits and pieces of this and that otherwise. Alot of it but just in bits
Been to tired and don't feel well to do much "real" cooking.

This is something I need to work on more. I'm specifically worried that I'm not using things up very fast and that it'll go bad before we ever get around to using it.

I want to be out of food by the end of the month.

The freezer is pretty empty but I still have stuff in the linen closet. I want to get that emptied because I think having food upstairs kind of draws attention to the lack of cupboard space in the kitchen. I figure food is just like everything else, the less I have the more I create the illusion of space.

    Sunday used a whole chicken
    box of mac and cheese
    bag of broccoli
    last of the asparagus

Today I made taco soup and used lots of items from the pantry
    Pinto beans
    red beans
    2 cans of tomato's
    can of rotel tom.
    green chili's
    Some frozen corn
LO burrito meat for the other day.
LO refried beans form the other day.
I am finding a little room in the freezer.

I did move all of the overflow of canned soups to the pantry from the downstairs extra storage cabinet.

Used a can of potatoes last night. Still quite a few left, maybe I'll make hashbrowns on the weekend.

Need to use up the chicken stock, I think I'll make rice tonight with some.
