May 2010 Baking Challenge?

Do you have any cream cheese? Even in the freezer?

I usually DO NOT like frosting made with powdered sugar....most at too 'gaggy sweet'..............check this out......and I would add more lemon. Maybe even some lemon zest.........

If you do something great with a STRONG lemon flavor....let me know....I love lemon stuff.......if it is a pretty strong flavor and not an artificial flavor......like so many are.

Even if it's boxed lemon, couldn't you still add the extract to it or maybe a real minced lemon rind and juice? Maybe?

Or just buy some lemon drop candies and use to decorate.

Ok - have yet to bake anything from scratch and savory but I did make Lemony Yellow Pudding Cake, Lemon Cake Filling & Rainbow Cupcakes this past wknd. Both recipes and pics are in the cookbook.

I still have til Monday to make something savory!
