Can't give you a list.........I just use whatever I feel like eating.

I will be doing better this month, as last month I was putting too many things into the freezer rather than taking them out.

But did good in the pantry thing..........still have a couple more items with MSG in them :thud: and don't want to toss them........so am going to use those first.

Will be glad when they are gone!!!

Don't blame you I have such severe reactions from that that I am out very sick for days if I accidentally get any MSG.

I just have a ton of stuff in the pantry that I need to get baking with. Un-opened flax seed too.

My freezer is probably crying for attention from me to feed it some stock.

Right now my freezer is so full I cringe when I even have to put some orange zest into it........

I am seriously thinking about buying another one.......:thud:

:ack: Why did I EVER downsize???????

I also cooked up all the pintos from the pantry but added 2 containers of cooked beans back to the freezer.

Well I am adding more to the pantry than is going out of it.
With Kroger having there mega sales I am stocking up on lots of stuff so I do not have to pay full price later on.
The freezer is looking really good I have not been adding to it.
Waiting for Turkeys to go on sale the next couple of weeks.

I did use a few items that were on my to use up list so progress is being made.
