I am working on my meal plan, but it will include only breakfast and dinner for each day. I rarely eat more than one "real" meal a day - more of a grazer.

Breakfast, for me, is typically the same thing day after day, so I'm not sure if I should even list it. Maybe I'll throw in a few different dishes to try on the weekends, just to make sure I shop for them...

I eat it M-F because it is easy and fast.

Basically, just dump granola (I like Kashi and Nature's Path) in a glass (sometimes I put it in a wine glass if I'm feeling ooh-la-la), sprinkle some fresh berries on it (usually put in blueberries, raspberries, and/or blackberries), then top it with a big dollop of yogurt.

    Insert spoon and eat.

It works for me. I use a good half cup or so of the granola. That, and my usual two cups of morning coffee, and I'm not usually even THINKING about eating until close to 1p.

Hopefully, doing this better than I have been will reduce waste, reduce the food budget, and reduce the number of times we eat out while helping me lose the pound per week I need to lose.
