We've had a really busy week and I'm not doing much cooking. We are just eating leftovers from earlier in the week, and making sandwiches on the fly.
So far, we've used up:
Fridge:
half a lemon
half a tomato
celery (all about to go bad)
Freezer:
1 loaf of bread
1 bagel thin

I'm in the same boat. With being sick there hasn't been much cooking going on here. However, we did use the following...
From the Freezer:
8 samosas
2 c. crushed tomatoes
rest of the green beans
1 c. corn
half a gallon of ice-cream since the weekend (lots of company)
From the pantry:
2 cans tuna
rotini (no macaroni so I'm using up what I have!)
all of my sister's honey (boohoo!)
all the whole wheat crackers
some bananas (we keep replacing them so I don't think this counts?)
Started the last chocolate bar in my emergency stash.
From the fridge:
rest of a green pepper
celery
some cheddar
a jar of yogurt
some milk
part of a cucumber
some mayo
some bread
some natural peanut butter
all the peaches
all the pineapple
some caramel sauce
some chocolate sauce
oranges (we keep replacing these because we're sick)
some daanmooji (our boarder made it and we've been hoeing into it)
I think that's about it. It's kind of hard to keep on top of what the boarder might be eating. But if we run out we simply put it on our grocery list.2012 Challenges

HERE IS THE NEW THREAD FOR MARCH 2011!
March Freezer/Pantry Challenge
-
03-06-2011, 02:53 AM #177
I would like to join this challenge. We are in desperate need of reorganizing the freezer, making a list of the items and getting some of the items out and used due to their age. I've been putting it off but it needs to be done.
