Made a peach cobbler this weekend using my home canned peaches. Delicious! Only thing that would have made it better was homemade vanilla ice cream, but I suffered through with Edy's. (I'm a real trooper that way...)

Made some raw "lara bars", cookies, Italian bread and a peach / blueberry cobbler from the fruit I froze this past summer.
