Mine made me sick so I flushed them down the john.
I found by eating right I didn't need them.

    A few things:

    1. Holly, I combated that by taking them right before I fell asleep at night. Then, I didn't feel the nausea that they brought. I was sick enough already with the all-day morning sickness. However, taking them at night seemed to work for me.

    2. What a wonderful program to offer. So many pregnant women do not have the appropriate diet to provide their unborn children with the right vitamins and minerals to promote healthy growth in-utero, and they can't afford insurance either. This is an excellent program!!!
