I will never understand the fascination people have with this book.

If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.

Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Have you read the book, greebo? You need to. Report back. Tell me if it's something that you'd let your kid read.

My husband finished his star wars series a couple weeks ago and picked up twilight. He got about 50 pages into it and said "We need to get to barnes and noble so I can get a new book. If I have to read any more of this I might have go gouge out my eyes."

Naturally, I made fun of him, told him to stop being so f***ing dramatic and pointed out that he was still reading the book as much as he claimed to hate it.

I finally get around to reading it a day or two after he says this and I can confirm that it did in fact make me want to gouge out my eyes. I finished the book though. He asked me if it ever got better.

It didn't. And those precious hours of my life are gone forever.

    Well no, I wouldn't.

    I don't have kids.

And I don't need to read the book to make fun of the stupid commercials for "New Moon" either.
