I'm a Karen Marie too! I hope our last names are different . I was pleasantly suprised to see outerwear on clearance for 40% off at my Kmart today! There sure wasn't much left when I got there at 10 or so. I don't know when thy are marking down further.
I don't know when they are clearancing further, but on Christmas Eve holiday stuff was already at 50% off at my local kmart.

The store here has very little holiday items left. In the past, they have taken a very long time (like February!) before they've ever lowered the holiday items to 60% or 75% off.
