Just got back from there and I stocked up for birthday party gifts for this year. These are the Rose Art sets in the plastic case with handle. They have crayons, pencils, markers, oil pastels and paints. They also had the clip cases with supplies and craft sets for the same $2.78!
I picked this up a couple years ago on sale at target. They are nice to have. Great gift idea.

For me Target is 30 miles away and with my luck they'd all be gone if I went over there. I was over there the day before yesterday. I wish I had thought to go to Target but the DH was with us and he doesn't like to shop too much.

These went to 90% off last year and the store here had tons of them. Once word got out (because they were on an endcap and in no way marked as being part of the holiday clearance) people were stuffing their carts full!
