Here's what their press release says: "Bensalem, PA – Rita’s Ices, Cones, Shakes and Other Cool Stuff, the nation’s largest Italian ice chain will celebrate the first day of spring, Sunday March 20, by giving away an estimated half a million (500,000) Italian ices. Anyone stopping by one of Rita’s 315 stores nationwide will receive a free, regular sized 10 ounce Italian ice. This is the company’s 12th annual first day of spring Italian ice giveaway.
