I just did this...it is automated and quite easy. I understand it suctions to the wall and holds your Venus razor. One review I saw on Google was not too favorable so use your judgement. It is a freebie tho so I gave it a shot.

You will be prompted.
Press "1" for English3.
Press "5" to request the "Free Venus Shower Caddy"
They will ask you to dial in your home phone number to verify your home address

Expect to receive your shower compact in 4-6 weeks
