Home hair dye for $1 ~ Riteaid
Riteaid has "Garnier 100% Color" on sale right now for $3.99... but select colors (at both of my local Riteaids) are on clearance for $3.69. There is a coupon in this week's Valassis (Sunday paper) for $3 off, making the dye either $1 or $0.69, dependingon which shade you choose. I got 3 boxes for $2.07, a savings of $18.90
