I once got 2 moving boxes full of cookbooks. I picked through them, took what I could use and freecycled the rest. Another time I got an older kitchenaid mixer, I ended up giving it to my Mom.
I too LOVE freecycle.

We've gotten a table & chairs which needed to be thrown away.
But we've also gotten panelling, a suspended ceiling. We have been remodeling our basement so what a great savings for us these were.

I received an answering machine, a phone, a cast iron frying pan and a coupon some time ago. I also have gotten rid of an 8-track tape deck, several left over yard sale items, and an extra cat litter box we had lying around.

OMG....I just joined last night and have responded to I don't know how many ads. Missed out on a breadmaker and blender. Still waiting to hear on the food processor. Have posted ads for coffee/end tables, breadmaker, cookbooks. I love it so far!!

I got a great tread mill right out of a gym!
I also got rid of a stack of kids videos we were bored with and a big box of breastfeeding clothes!

Sorry, still so new. Freecycle? I've gathered this involves trading unwanted things. Is there a site?
