    My recipe is by taste, but it uses powdered milk, cocoa, powdered sugar, non-dairy creamer powder and just a pinch of salt. I think here are a few recipes here if you do a search you should find one with some measurements. I think I got mine from the tighwad gazette.

    Thanks. I tried something different today. It was cold cold cold here, so I made some hot chocolate. I stirred in some Blueberry Cobbler creamer and it was so good. The fruit and chocolate made a great combo. We really didn't care for that flavor in coffee, but in hot chocolate, wow. Now I'm wondering about adding some of it to my homemade pancake mix. Or maybe to the dough of a real blueberry cobbler........
