I've gotten some great coupons and samples with my Shoppers Optimum membership...they seem to send a few times a year, and I had enough stuff last time to have a whole little free beauty night to myself!!

Keep an eye out in stores - there are coupons for Old El Paso, Buy any 2 (limit 1 seasoning packet per) Old El Paso, Get up to $4 off ground beef.

I found them at Price Chopper on an aisle display, but they should be in other stores as well. There are restrictions on the size of the meat package (500gr), but still a good deal if you buy 1 seasoning packet and one box of taco shells or wraps.

Cash for Kids coupons will be available in stores this month. Ontario and Atlantic only.

(basically everyone except the Loblaws Group)

Also there will be a magazine distributed in Ontario community papers called "Family Health Digest", I can't find a date for that so just keep your eyes open.
