    Question Full Circles

Have any of you heard of or used Full Circles to find free stuff and to recycle your old stuff?

I've been using them for years and they are really good in our area. Occasionally we get crappy stuff, but we pass it on or just take it out of circulation by giving it to one of the thrift stores to deal with.

I've built up a fabric stash for sewing, my wardrobe, book collection, etc. this way.

I assume it's like Freecycle -used it all the time in Ontario - gave away so much and received some as well. It's pretty bad here as at least one mod does not post anything for up to two months so Ipretty much gave up on it and take things toValue Village.

Yeah, it's like Freecycle. But I like Full Circles better. Seems to me the local group know each other pretty well. I had a serendipitous chance to meet one of the mods through a friend when I showed up to pick some stuff up one night from his mom's place. It was great! Nice guy.

This weekend I was able to pick up craft paints, and a glider rocker through Full Circles. I love our local outfit. I now have a new favourite chair!
